BUYING FROM TOM LANE
We try and ensure that the images of the products on this website are accurate, BUT please be aware that there can be slight variations in colour / texture between the image and the product. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software.
Tom Lane Ltd reserves the right to alter prices of products on this website at any time without notice. Products shown on our website are available while stocks last and can be removed without prior notice.
Please refer to our size guide to ensure that you get the best fit for you. If you require any further information please email us on info@tomlane.co. Please note that the size guides are approximate measurements, sizes may vary slightly due to the nature of the fabric etc.
When you place your order you can set up an account or you can purchase your goods as a ‘guest’. If you create an account, you will be responsible for keeping your account details confidential and you must agree to accept all responsibility for all activities to take place on your account.
You can either pay for your online order through the Paypal checkout or through Stripe, a secure payment gateway provider. We do not store your card details.
When you place and order you will receive an order number. Please note, your order will not be sent until the payment has gone through. When your payment is complete, the contract has been formed.
Your order will be sent out using Royal mail, DPD or a similar courier. Please refer to our delivery and returns page for more details.
All delivery dates that we give are only for your guidance, we will not be responsible if your order is delivered late.
All offers and discounts given to you by Tom Lane are only valid for use on our website and are subject to stock availability. Any offers may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Tom Lane.
We work with Reviews.io to collect reviews on purchased products and also your customer experience. You may receive an email asking you to leave a review.
RETUNRING OR EXCHANGING AN ITEM
If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your items, please email Jayne at customercare@tomlane.co within 14 days of receiving your goods. Include your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return.
- The products must arrive back with us within 14 days of the email confirmation of your return / exchange.
- The products must be returned to us in original condition, unused, with all the tags attached. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.
- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3 working days.
- Please note your original shipping charges are not refunded & the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend a tracked service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels.
Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount in the original form of tender, excluding the original delivery charge, unless goods are faulty. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns policy. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred upon return shipping.
