Wool Throw – 100% Pure New Wool. Hand or machine wash on a cold, gentle wash.
Alpaca bed socks – 90% Alpaca 10% Nylon. Machine washable on a cool temperature. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.

If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your items, please email Jayne at customercare@tomlane.co within 14 days of receiving your goods. Include your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return.

- The products must arrive back with us within 14 days of the email confirmation of your return / exchange.
- The products must be returned to us in original condition, unused, with all the tags attached. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.
- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3 working days.
- Please note your original shipping charges are not refunded & the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend a tracked service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels.
