  • Sizing

    Available in sizes: UK 4-7 & 8-11

  • Fabric Care

    55% Alpaca 45% Nylon. Machine washable on a cool temperature. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.

    Alpaca socks can be hand or machine washed. Apply these 3 simple rules

    Cool temperature. Do not exceed 30 degrees.

    Handle gently. For machine wash – gentle spin. Use a gentle wool wash liquid.

    Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry, do not dry on direct heat such as a radiator.

  • Delivery and Returns

    • Your parcel will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. The delivery charge on orders under £140 is £3.95.
    • Orders are sent on a tracked service with Royal Mail or DPD. 

    E X C H A N G E S  &  R E T U R N S

    If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your items, please email Jayne at customercare@tomlane.co within 14 days of receiving your goods. Include your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return.

    • The products must arrive back with us within 14 days of the email confirmation of your return / exchange.
    • The products must be returned to us in original condition, unused, with all the tags attached. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.
    • Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3 working days.
    • Please note your original shipping charges are not refunded & the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend a tracked service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels.
