Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £80.
Your parcel will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. The delivery charge on orders under £80 is £3.95.
Orders are sent on a tracked service with Royal Mail or DPD.
Exchanges & Returns
If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your items, please email Jayne at customercare@tomlane.co within 14 days of receiving your goods. Include your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return.
The products must arrive back with us within 14 days of the email confirmation of your return/exchange.
The products must be returned to us in original condition, unused, with all the tags attached. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3 working days.
Please note your original shipping charges are not refunded & the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend a tracked service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels.
