Your parcel will be sent out within 24hrs of you submitting the order.
We post all orders first class with Royal Mail. (Which should take 1-2 days)

A standard delivery charge of £3.50 applies to all orders up to £150.
If you want to return an item to Tom Lane, you must do so within 14 days of the delivery of your goods.
The product must be returned to us in original condition, unworn, with all the tags attached.
We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.
Please email returns@tomlane.co and we will send you the instructions on how to return the product.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item to us and make a new purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns policy.
